Acting digital lead. Led the Digital performance team to an almost 7x increase in billings and revenue.

Contributed to hiring decisions and team expansion, primarily around culture fit, team cohesion and technical assessments.

Provided digital consultation across the local agency network and maximised profitability through multi-client vendor deals and negotiations.

 


DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Develop digital strategies and frameworks aligned to for clients including Airteltigo, ABSA, ABinBev, Ghana Ministry of Information and Beiersdorf.

Execute multichannel digital media buying across social, display, video, native, earned and performance channels. eg: Airteltigo Big Time Data Campaign which won Digital Campaign of the Year in Ghana for 2019 (Advertising World Awards).

Report on digital landscape, campaigns and client’s media performance

Leveraged innovative media approaches to improve performance by up to 90% on Nescafe, Nido and Tigo target CPMs in Q1.

Exceeded baseline digital expectations 24x in Q3 for Nescafe digital

Planned and executed the “African Portraits” multichannel digital campaign, which received the “Most Creative Twitter Campaign – Africa” Award from Twitter.

Co-Created a strategy which drove recruitment of 4,000+ teen girls in 5 weeks for the Sky Girls project


JNR. MEDIA ANALYST

Feb 2016 – Dec 2016

Created and led the Nido – Mum Read Me a Story campaign which received a Gold Gong-Gong Award for Digital Advertising during the 2016-2017 year in review. It was the most successful 2016 Nido digital campaign achieving; 1.2x on reach KPIS, mobile engagement of 23% and over 160,000 story downloads.

Planned and executed a cross channel campaign strategy that helped Tigo Ghana sell over 2,500 mobile devices in just under 3 weeks.

Led the online-offline Heroes Month campaign for Tigo Ghana, which lifted positive fan sentiment from an average of 30% to a record high of 98%.


COMMUNITY MANAGER

May 2015 – Feb 2016

Increased engagement on the So Klin Nigeria and Ghana pages with fan focused activities that organically generated over 15,000 new fans.

Developed a strategic approach for the use of Snapchat and made it Tigo’s most engaged platform at an average of 40% engagement.

Created a digital integration guidebook for client’s offline activities
